Our knowledge does not come from a three-day class and a certificate. With 30 years experience in construction, remodeling, and inspections, you can be assured that someone who knows how homes are built, inside and out, and top to bottom will inspect your investment.

The inspection
The inspection is done in the most professional manner possible. Shoe covers are worn inside to protect your flooring. The inspection takes between two to four hours, depending on size and condition of home. The inspection is reported honestly and fair with no intimidation from any parties.

The report
The report is a computerized 23 page checklist that goes over every aspect of the home. Each question has to be answered yes or no, so nothing is missed. If there is a no answer, it is explained on a separate summary page with digital photos of any major problems. It is completed on site and delivered to you in a three-ring notebook with a picture of the home on the front and personalized to you. Certification
Pipkin Home Inspections is certified by the National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors. While most associations pass out certificates to anyone that pays dues, NACHI requires testing before certification, ongoing education that is required to renew membership each year, and a code of ethics and conduct that must be followed to retain certification. Pipkin Home Inspections is also certified for mold testing and evaluation by Micro Consulting Inc.

Pricing
Prices have been updated and are effective as of April 15, 2008. Pricing is based upon the square footage of home to be inspected. Pricing can be found on the price list page. We accept cash, check or credit cards.
